Kershaw Knives 40th Anniversary New Logo

In celebration of their 40 anniversary of knife making Kershaw Knives has a new logo design. It is a minor change as you can see below.
The letter "k" in both of the kershaw knives logos is unchanged as is the kershaw red and black colors. The new logo utilizes a heavier block style font which may be more legible. Kershaw has given their logo a facelift without making a drastic change.

Shefferville Big Game Hunting & Skinning Knife

The Shefferville by Lamoureux & Sons of Quebec Canada is the perfect big game hunting knife for those who appreciate fine cutlery and want a sheath carry fixed blade that is fitting to be carried into the field with their fine Weatherby rifle.
The Lamoureux and Sons Shefferville Hunting knife is handcrafted by craftsmen in Quebec, Canada. This superb fixed blade hunting knife's construction is comprised of over than 60 different steps and numerous quality controls. The Shefferville hunting knife is a great choice for skinning and processing big game.
The hollow ground drop point blade is made from S30V stainless steel alloy which is one of the best performing blade steels in terms of cutting performance and edge retention. The bolsters are crafted from Type 416 stainless steel alloy which is used both for its rigidity and resistance to corrosion.
The ergonomic handles are sculpted from beautiful Cocobolo wood which is one of the hardest woods and because of it's high oil content it is very stable and virtually impossible to rot. The unique shape of the handle has been studied and developed to provide a comfortable and safe grip while in use. The handles are permanently secured to the blade with decorative mosaic pins.
This beautiful hunting knife is protected by a hand stiched full-grain open top leather sheath which is hand crafted at the Lamoureux headquarters.
The ground in Shefferville is permafrost, which means it is frozen all year round. The most abundant type of vegetation over there is caribou lichen which feeds the gigantic population of almost one million heads. There is so many of them in Shefferville that residents often see tracks on the street and in their backyard. That does not mean these huge animals are an easy kill, only the most experienced and toughest hunters will come back with a decent trophy.

The new for 2014 Spyderco Dice folding knife is a compact, good looking, high performance EDC knife that measures in at approximately 15% smaller than it's bigger brother, the Domino. The Dice knife boasts a full-flat-ground CTS XHP steel blade that delivers exceptional cutting performance as well as a Kit Carson flipper and a of course the "Spyderco Trademark Round Hole" for opening.
The opening is so quick and smooth that it feels almost as though it were and spring assisted opening knife. The handle features a solid titanium scale on one side and a great looking cubic check carbon fiber/G10 laminate scale on the mark side. 
Lockup is via a heavy-duty Chris Reeve Integral Lock with a long wearing hardened steel interface that provides the blade with solid lockup. 
The four-position pocket clip provides fully ambidextrous tip-up or tip-down carry.
